Does the muscle building supplement "Force Factor" really work like the makers say?

Question by Master Cerva: Does the muscle building supplement "Force Factor" really work like the makers say? I was just wondering if it really gives you the results that the makers claim, and if it is good for a person's health. Does it have any side effects and if it does are any of them major? So basically is it worth it for an average person (not an athlete or bodybuilder) to use this product?

The makers are also master marketers. Word craft is a very profitable talent! The simple answer is no. No supplement will build muscle. None whatsoever. Muscle generation comes from growth hormones which are triggered when muscles require repair from over exertion. As you work your muscles, the fibers tear, leaving gaps. These gaps will absorb proteins and nutrients from your blood stream. When your resting, growth hormones will start the repair process using the proteins an nutrients. But if there is no repair to be done - then nothing gets absorbed, making your your expensive 'get ripped fast' shake into just healthy calories and extra work for your kidneys.
