Best body building supplement?

Question by RedFerrari: Best body building supplement? Ok Guys, I am 38, 80 kgs and 5'8" tall. I promised my daughter that i will have good muscular body without jelly belly before 1st Jan 2014. I have already started working out and lost around 5 Kgs overall. (I was 85 Kgs before). But it took me massive 6 months to do so. Now i am looking to increase my body muscle and thinking of taking supplements. I read an article that 6 supplements will help me getting a good muscle growth overall. Those are 1) Whey Protein 2) Creatine 3) Glutamine 4) Multi Vitamins 5) Amino Acid and 6) Fish Oil. I find it too hassled to remember all these to take in one day. Is there any way i get all these in single Whey Protein pack, i heard that some Whey Protein packs comes with all these ingredients and no need to take them individually. What is the alternative? Or ill have to resort to these 6 different bottles :( THanks guys, help is appreciated

The best "supplement" for building muscle is lean red meat without any nitrates. Now to address your other items line by line: 1) Good quality whey protein is high in protein and low in calories and everything else and a good idea in general if you're both trying to build muscle and slim down. 2) Kinda useless, one steak a day would provided you with more creatine than 100$ worth of supplements. 3) Glutamine is found in abundance in beef, chicken, fish, eggs, dairy products, wheat, cabbage, beets, beans, and spinach. No supplement should be needed unless you have a specific medical condition. 4) If your diet is less than ideal, then you MIGHT benefit slightly for a daily multivitamin. Make sure it's USP verified (should be printed on the label somewhere), and does NOT say "proprietary blend" anywhere on it. 5) You get more than enough amino acid from food sources, especially red meat and legumes. SO there should be no need. 6) Fish oil is not a terrible idea if you don't eat much fish. Once again just make sure it's USP verified, and does NOT say "proprietary blend" anywhere on it. If you need anything else, or a good weight lifting regimen, feel free to email me.
